Don’t let a missing tooth disrupt your confidence and your lifestyle. Learn to love your smile again and protect your oral health by addressing that gap in your teeth as early as possible.

Single dental implants: at a glance

  • Provide the stability of a real tooth.
  • Surgically placed within the jawbone.
  • The fixed (non-removable) solution to tooth loss.
  • Excellent chewing function.
  • Protect your facial structure from changing (as a result of jawbone loss).

What is a dental implant?

A dental implant is placed into the jaw, replacing a tooth that’s been affected by problems like decay, trauma and infection. Once your implant has healed, we will place a beautiful and natural-looking crown over the top. This is screwed into place and stays firmly in position.

Life changing treatment to help you smile again

Living with missing teeth can really take its toll on your self-esteem, not to mention your everyday livelihood. Once your smile has been restored, you won’t have to think about covering your mouth in photographs or around others out of fear that they might notice the gap in your smile. Implants can also give you peace of mind that your oral health will be in better condition and that other teeth won’t move out of position into the gap.

Frequently asked questions

How does an implant benefit my smile?

Implants are incredibly natural-looking, giving you a full smile again. But the aesthetic benefits don’t stop there.

Implants stop the jawbone from shrinking away, which means your cheek area will look full and youthful, as opposed to sunken as a result of having missing teeth. Implants are the only treatments that support the jawbone in this way. If you’ve been wearing dentures for a number of years and you’ve noticed your face shape has changed as a result of jawbone loss, we can offer implant-retained dentures. These types of dentures are also extremely stable, so they won’t slip and slide when you’re talking and eating.

Do you offer sedation for implant surgery?

Our in-house implantologist offers the option of sedation with all implant treatments. The effects of sedation induce feelings of complete relaxation, allowing even the most nervous of patients to feel calm during their time in the chair.

Our Implantologist, Dr Rosh, is an oral surgeon and has vast experience, having worked around the world including New York and Dubai. He currently teaches and runs his own course teaching postgraduate dentists about implants in London and India.
